Another best thing to do with a family in Barauli is to take an early evening cycling tour of around an hour through the peaceful Barauli village, where you will see local life, fertile farmland, and traditional homes.  This is an easy cycle trip for everyone to join. We start the tour when it’s getting cooler and the flat roads of the plains of Nepal make Barauli ideal for cycling. You will meander through lush green rice fields, fish ponds and quiet village roads, pass traditional homes, and share a smile with the children who love to wave at you and have a chat. The journey concludes with a cup of Nepalese tea and one of the best sunsets to see over the Narayani River, where the sun will gradually set behind the jungle of Chitwan National Park on the other side of the river.
