This half-day hike to a local waterfall will pass through forests, farmland, and open spaces with fantastic hill and mountain views. Today is as much about the journey as the destination, and along the way you’ll come across numerous smaller waterfalls. When the weather is good, and after you’re warm from walking, you can cool off with a dip in the waterfall gorge, so make sure to bring some swimming clothes. You might also get the chance to try some local liquor, or raksi (rice wine) from local brewers. You can choose from a morning or afternoon departure, to suit your schedule. In the cooler months, an afternoon walk is ideal, whereas when it’s hot, going early in the day is more comfortable. There will be some ups and downs, but the hike is not overly strenuous.
